Q:How can I view the status of my order?

A:Go to the "My Account" page at the top of the screen. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

Q:How Can I Contact You?

A:The easiest way to contact us is by filling out our "Contact Us form.

Q: How do I return or exchange an item? 

A: We provide a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on every item you purchase from Click Shop Grocery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at Orders@ClickShopGrocery.com for a replacement or store credit.

Q: Do you make substitutions? 

A: Yes, from time to time an item you ordered may be out of stock. When this happens, we will either substitute it with a similar item or refund your credit card for the full amount of the product.

Q: What happens if you're late? 

A: We have an excellent on-time record, but if we are going to be a few minutes late, we'll call you and arrange a new time if necessary.

Q: How do I cancel or change an order? 

A: If you need to cancel or change an order, simply contact Customer Service by calling 405-237-8009 before the order deadline. There is no charge for canceling or changing your order.
